Hotbox is who I've worked with, I think DC Site Services work there as well. Google is your friend, but return here to check it's a valid company before registering any details.

Depends on the company. Some do first-come, first-served, others do it by lottery, others first-arrival. But in most cases, yeah, you won't get the better shifts.

I don't know about them, but I'm wondering if the reason you can post a link to them is because they're not legit and Neil's filtered them.

That's just my speculation though, someone else might know of them.
