I think just the fact it's being marketed through BBC Prime time TV shows it's standing in better stead than their previous albums to sell well already.

I feel that we are doomed to suffer a year of Paramore headlining, and all the shit that will come before on that main stage.

Hopefully there'll be a good NME/Lock-Up to counter it, and they'll book 2 other headliners that are decent :|

They have a very diverse fan base!

The crowd was significantly bigger than the cure's. On paper they are a bad booking, but in performance wise, they could easily do a headline slot!

Bombay, You Me At Six and Crystal Castles all had larger crowds, could walk right into the golden circle for Paramore.

To be honest I don't think this album will put them anywhere, the singles released thus far have done poorly, even for the alternative market.

To put it into perspective, Fall Out Boy's singles have gotten to Number 5 and 36. Paramore's have reached number 39 and 56. I can't see this propelling them very far.

I'm sorry but I hugely disagree, I pretty much walked to the front for crystal castles and the crowd was quite big for youmeatsix. After youmeatsix I stayed to watch bombay and that was quite big. But I kinda moved back abit for paramore and it was huge! Much bigger than bombay! Half of the crowd left when they were finished.
