Its actually one of the better ones. Reading has no good coffee shops anyway, Costa does fine. And next to an HMV of all places

It's alarming how many shops and bars have closed and been turned into fucking coffee shops or patisseries over the last few years. Nearly as many as garages and exhaust centres that have now sprung up as car wash places. I wouldn't mind it it kept all the coffee drinking c**ts in one place, but now pubs are getting infested with these shithouses who delay my drink ordering while the barman has to piss around preparing a god damn half caff frappucino with whipped cream and marshmallow dunkers. And do the groups who buy these order in rounds? No of course they fucking don't, it's all individual and they all pay by fucking card.

Taken from the Sonisphere forums

"Sonisphere tickets are on sale Monday 5:30pm!!

Sonisphere returns to make history with Iron Maiden & Metallica headlining together for the first time ever in the UK

CELEBRATING 40 YEARS OF ROCK AT KNEBWORTH

Iron Maiden and Metallica, the two biggest metal bands on the planet, will make history this summer when they co-headline the Sonisphere Festival in Knebworth, the very first time both bands have appeared together on a British bill, and the ONLY CONCERTS EITHER BAND WILL PLAY IN THE UK IN 2014.

Both Metallica and Iron Maiden headlined their first ever Knebworth concerts under the Sonisphere banner and now these giants of the world stage return together to fly the Sonisphere flag once more; bigger and bolder than ever before. For the first time ever fans will have the chance to see both bands come together to head up what will surely make for one of the most historic festival bills in heavy rock music. "

One of my friends was once was drunk, wandered back home via a Chinese takeout. He got halfway through ordering a bunch of food, then paused and asked if he could have a cup of tea as well. Fair play to them, they actually made and sold him one.

I've got a mate who's allergic to wheat and after a night out we go looking for food, the only place we can find is a Subways so he talks them into giving him a breadless sandwich. They give him a shit load of exta meat and with a salad inbetween but as soon as he picks it up it falls apart.

That really winds me up. What sort of fucking twat goes and orders coffee in a pub?

I love coffee and spend a lot of money on it, but I've hit on the novel idea of preparing and drinking it in my own fucking house.

When I'm in a city centre and want some lunch I really like coffee shops for getting something. And the ones in CD stores sometimes have decent music playing.

Don't get me wrong, they're a vsild business (although local caffs being usurped by megacorporations does irk somewhat), it's more the infestation into every other area of the high street, including people who couldn't possibly wait to get home for a coffee or waste time sitting down ina coffee shop and are so desperate that they have to wander around shops with Starbucks and Costs cups in hand.

I just don't get it , and therefore won't accept it :P
