Doesn't those Arctics announcements this morning possibly make them less likely? They're both in July along with their other announced festivals so far. Could they just be doing early summer in Europe?

Possible, although that sort of thing that only usually applies to US bands as they rarely make two trips over in the same Summer. A band like the Arctics will already be in Europe so doing dates strectched across the Summer is less of an issue.
