Totally agree.

On the crowd situation, the only problem I've known is when you get the youngsters going near the front and they can't handle it and panic. This causes major problems, certainly slit more than pushing and that sort if thing.

Add to that the likely crowd that C+S and Eminem had, and there would have been chaos. Lots of very unhappy people starting to rebel, causing god knows what damaged,media picks up on it, bad press for festival, shit times for all.

It was more than a bit crushed. Hell, I had to get security to help me out, it was awful. And yeah, 38 cases of broken ribs. So it wasn't just a crush. It was quantifiably a bad situation.

Are these media statements from anyone who would know there are 4 headliners, though? The only one I read was from someone like Zane Lowe (can't remember exactly who), who probably wouldn't know all the headliners at this stage, so is just presuming there will be 3 headliners, as is the norm.

The other two headliners have been booked according to Melvin Benn but we will have to wait until next year to find out who they are. "I'd say the first week of February, we'll announce at least one more headliner and a few more bands and mid-March to go out with the rest of the bill."

Totally seperate from the 2014 info yeah. We heard 38 on the Sunday. He said that it was considered to be shut down on Saturday.

This. Efests, nme, sources like this would have picked up on it. It gets reported when a band has to stop for abit of a squash, let alone if that happens because nearly 40 people broke their ribs. That would have been on media sites all over.
