The NME this year was the worst thing I've ever seen. I think it got worse for me nearer the fest...

The FR stage was decent though.

For reference, Dizzee Rascal subbed Beady Eye on the second stage at T In The Park this year having played high Main 3 years ago. Fair to say he is smaller now than he used to be.

AHJ and Julian are touring solo so looks unlikely but you never know.

Would love to see both of them on NME/FR stage though

I reckon Knife Party early Summer, Pendulum late Summer. Like HTDA and NIN this year (I think that's how it worked out). Big money offers and all that. However I know lots on here don't think it'll happen.

If they played I think we'd get a fair bit more of the older stuff than expected. IIRC their setlists recently have been quite good.

Knife Party are bringing out a new album before that so I think Rob is going to focus on KP instead. Still don't see the reason for this new Pendulum album though

True, but Nine Inch Nails also said (or suggested, can't remember if they said it outright) they weren't releasing a new album. Could want to save the surprise. Also, as I said, they may not have planned to play live, but huge offers may change their minds.

I'm not saying they will definitely return live next year, I'm just making a prediction, as we usually get one or two unexpected subs.

As of October-ish time The Strokes had zero plans to tour or even record with each other (hence why there are a bunch of solo dates being announced)

It's unlikely but they would make an excellent Libertines-esque sub under Arctics
