Foals' tour didn't; you could get tickets for some of the venue for a good few weeks if I remember correctly (the first RAH gig did sell out very very quickly though) and the smaller venue tour sold out incredibly quickly but that was because the venues were like pubs.

And also by number one records around the world do you mean Holy Fire in Australia? As that's the only instance where they've gone to number one according to Wikipedia.

Yeah, coz, Bastille could totally headline Latitude couldn't they?

Bastille could headline NME next year, but there's a much bigger gap between the NME headers and the 3rds this year than previous years. Also, its fairly obvious that Alt-J have been given an inflated position to keep them away from V, I doubt they'd be as desperate with Bastille.
