I would go and see it if was closer to home. Guess I'm going have to settle with their regular show :(

I did think it was pretty random to play the album in full just once on the tour when it is a fan favourite and therefore should tour it... pretty shit for further afield fans such as yourself. :(

That album was released in 2009. Do they have no shame?

I think letlive toured Fake History in full this year, and that was released in 2010... (great album though imo)

Only albums I'd be really bothered about hearing in full would be the first three Biffy albums and Pearl Jam's Ten. Full album shows can be hideously boring if you're not into every single song.

i used to love The Blackout (stopped listening after The Best In Town, actually) but it just seems very odd that they'd do that album in full (although looking at recent setlists, they've been playing 8 songs from it anyway)

full album shows seem to be happening a lot these days (i know Brand New did an album a night in America and it's rumoured that it's also what they'll be doing on their UK tour)

just think, if it's gonna be done, it should be for a real occasion - anniversary of the album, or at least for a really fucking good album, not just that album a band did that was a tiny bit better than their other mediocre albums

Would love to see any of the first four Biffy albums in full

Sorry Will, down voting you for that. Dookie is an great album - it's one of the albums that actually got me into music. Looking back its not as exceptional as I once thought but nonetheless a great album :P

It could be a great album for all I know, all I said is that it was boring as fuck live. Was the worst part of the set for me. To be honest I think I was hoping they'd be done soon before they even started it, so when they announced they were about to play it in full I just wanted to die. Was in such a bad mood due to the weather at that point that I just wanted to punch Billie in the face. I couldn't take any more "way oooooh"s or shit songs, and trying to fight my way out of the crowd from where I was stood seemed more effort than it was worth, especially as I'd be leaving all my friends.

Reading that back I've made it sound a lot worse than it was. I just found it all boring.

Why didn't you watch something else?

Fair enough, I heard the weather was shite at Leeds on the saturday. Tbh, I would have actually preferred to hear some more songs from the new albums - theres a few gems on there they've heardly touched live but alas, this is always the way with double/triple albums - even Biffy aren't playing absolute beauties like Trumpet and Tap or Little Hospitals live. They've begun playing woo woo a bit on their winter european tour though, so there is sill hope! :D

Why didn't you watch something else?

As I've said, I was massively exaggerating, I just ended up bored half way through and the options were to stay there with my mates until they finished, or work my way out from the front of the crowd and either watch something else I didn't want to see or go back to the campsite on my own. I chose to see them originally as there was nothing that interested me more than them, and I'd heard good things about them live so thought I'd go see them.

Did they play Time of Your Life at Leeds? Ended with it at Reading and it was a nice highlight in an otherwise bucket of average shit.

Saw them at Emirates too, where I thought they were superb (being the first time I'd seen them live) - maybe the novelty had already worn off by the time Reading & Leeds came around.

Yeah they did :)

Also am I the only person who enjoyed Green Days set at Leeds?
