I dont really understand bottling someone... I get why people do it but just dont go see the band if you dont like em.

Some of the time its really harsh too  like when that band got bottled and booed at Reading because people thought they were a big act playing a secret gig

Are we talking their music or live show? If it's the latter, I've seen neither, so I wouldn't know. Was the impression Blink made bad, though? Surely no impression is better than a bad impression?

At least if it's bad it'll give you something to talk about like a bad ad, fuck it's been 7 years and we're still talking about how shit Chili Peppers were.

At least it doesn't happen anymore I guess, it's funny but pretty awful for the artist and moreso the fans. 50 Cent for example was pretty big in 2004 and the main act for probably a fair few, and he ended up having to bugger off.

But a lot of people go see bands they don't like to get a good spot or hang out with mates or something. When FOB were announced most people laughed and said how shit they were here, but everyone seemingly saw them. :P

Yep having googled it... you have to assume they would be put off music for life or at least change there name :(

i know people on here didnt like them but it is pretty clear that this isnt an accurate repersentation of the crowd... i mean NIN was bigged up on here massively but i heard they had a terrible sized crowd (the only people i know who saw them were waiting for Green day)

FOB had a big crowd who were singing along quite a bit (at least where i was stood at Leeds) and i know at least three people where they were the one band they had come to Leeds to see

Why would they start waiting the day before to see Green Day? xD

NIN (the only people i know who saw them were waiting for Green day)

Well that'll have been a waste of time for them considering they'll have been kicked out of the arena between the two playing.

Edit: Fuck you jump.

Yeah FOB was massive but NIN was pretty small. Managed to sit down in the front area and still get a good view. Didn't surprise me really as during FOB Pete asked if people were excited for Biffy (lots of cheer) and then NIN and from were I was standing there were a few boos (I don't know how it was but I hate them and their shit music tastes) :(

Well, that would depend how you define turning up, seeing that they were still on, going for a piss, seeing that they were still on, laying down as far to the side of the stage as possible so that I couldn't see them, whilst wanting to cut my face off.

This happened with both FOB and 30STM this year, both playing before the two acts I was most excited to see this Summer. c**ts.

Will, Jeff Buckley was a big inspiration for Thom yorke and your beloved matt bellamy. Both have admitted to tryio to copy his vocal style in interviews. You should really give the album grace a listen

Everyone should give that album a listen. It's fucking phenomenal.
