Yeah it's quite well known about his background - I don't know why you'd get fanboy backlash over facts. I don't really care; his music is crap so I don't spend too much time caring about his politics. But to be fair, he answered questions about Iron Maiden, which I don't suppose is on the curriculum.

I have friends of friends who are ridiculously defensive of his background and him as a person. I was just fishing to see if this forum had an uber fanboys.

I was talking more about the general knowledge round.

Yeah I'd be happy to meet up with anyone there, seeing as we're all apparently going to Notts, mostly alone :lol:

One day I'll be fine with it! Probably when I go to Uni :lol:

To be fair it's my first gig properly alone. I tend to lose my friends within one song anyway, so it's probably not gonna be any different to usual.

Doesn't seem right to me but I'm really awkward as I'm 17 and stuff *sigh* I hate being pathetic sometimes :(

I'm 17 too, I'll be 18 come NIN but still, there's a hostel nearby in Notts that's less than 20 quid for the night that I'm probably gonna stay in, either that or I'll find some bar that's open all night :ninja:

I stick around my mates a lot and even if I mosh I we always stick to one area and manage to find our way back together. I always have an urge to make comments during shows as well but I was alone on Saturday and Sunday at Leeds (except for two acts BMTH where I lost my mate anyway and C&S) so I don't know what is wrong with me :(
