Ticketmaster problems?

what the hell happened with ticketmaster? everybody on my facebook ( and myself) had a problem said something about not checking boxes and check the terms and cons when we already had? got mine on See though

Seetickets > all, managed to buy one, wait half an hour for an answer from someone, and got through straight away, couldn't be fucked with Ticketmaster aha!

Mine came up with' your payment has already been processed. Please wait 24 hours for your email confirmation' in red writing, does this mean it's all okay?

Same problem, tickets were available early on Ticketmaster (by 2 mins) but wouldn't process them, tried though see and got 'payment already processed', although when logging in with card details/email address there's a reference number which should be ok (awaiting the confirmation email). Of course, it may the case that Ticketmaster did process them and I've now ordered 30 odd tickers!

Me and friends had same problem tried a few times, then we all switched to see and it worked staright away.

ticketmaster same issues, ticked the accept boxes and purchase problems, used seetickets and ticketline happy leeds 2012 mofo's!!!

Had the same problem for ticketmaster really pissed me off, will be using seetickets from now on

Go to customer service - enter last 4 digits of ref. number and email address, which should show you confirmation of tickets booked and ref.no

I tried Ticketmaster and it queued for 10 mins, counted down and then froze so I ended up getting it on See.

Can get straight on See at the moment. Not that I'm buying any tickets, just looking out of curiosity.

Ticketmaster was useless for me too - I got the same page where I was trying to tick boxes and it said my page was incomplete but See Tickets worked really well - I'll be getting tickets through them from now on.

Ticketmaster have ALWAYS been awful. Had massive problems with them when I was buying Wembley tickets for Pompey in 2008, and NFL tickets as well (which I missed out on). For music I use See or Gigantic now

Used ticketline today though, purely because they were the first to come up with a ticket when I entered all the queues at 7:15. They were perfect.
