Ticket Collection

Hi everyone, I was just wondering a couple of things; 1. I had to select ticket collection because I live in ireland and I was wondering how do I collect these tickets (leeds, not reading)? 2. Do I need my mother's signature or something as the credit card is in her name? 3. Is it possible to have these tickets delivered and should I talk to ticketmaster or the actual leeds festival people about that? Thanks for the help

If you're classed as an overseas buyer you won't be able to have them delivered. I've never been to Leeds so I'm not sure where the collection point is but I would imagine that you would need some form of proof, such as a photocopy of the card with signiture.

Your best bet would be to e-mail ticketmaster to confirm what you actually need and make sure you tell them that you aren't the cardholder, this has come up before so I know there's a way to do it (I just can't remember what it was!).
