Portable Speakers- what do you use?

I'm going into the world of paid children's entertainment, and the CD player I have is drowned out by the yelling of kids

I'm trying to find a portable speaker that is loud enough to use outside in the park or indoors in a room of screaming kids, I see lots of people with these things and this forum is used by hundreds of festival goers and party heads so I imagine this is a good place to ask

The Party Box is a bit too big, but this is the kind of thing I'm looking for, just a smaller version

The Logitech Mini Boombox seems ok, but apparently songs with bass sound a bit sucky...

does anyone know of a speaker that fits nicely inbetween the two?

They are really loud and good for the money
