Prescription medication

my girlfriend has to take prescription medication. obviously as we are camping she is worried it might get taken off her. do we need to contact rockness first or will it be fine just keeping it in the box that has her name etc on the label?

Ive told her that 9 times out of ten they wont even search her bag but she wants to be sure that if she does it wont get taken off her.

I wouldnt have thought anyone would be allowed to take prescription medicine off you. I would just keep it in the box and have photographic ID so your g/f can prove its hers. If you come across a steward that tries to take it off you, ask to speak to the police or a member of the first aid/medical team. But like you said 9 times out of 10 they wont search ur bag and even if they do they just ask u to open it, they rarely do a thorough search and just give it a pat down! they're mainly looking for glass bottles or nuclear missiles.

i take prescription medication every year and have never had a problem. i've never had my stuff properly searched though.

As long as you have ID and they are in the original containers etc you will be fine
