Banana Co
They could headline sommat like Rockness and possibly move up to subheadliners at bigger UK festivals. Nothing more though.
AcademicPistol
The album's a grower for sure. As a huge fan of the band I was really disapointed with it when I got it last week, but a few listens later and I'm really into it. They won't ever headline now, but I reckon it'l probably do well enough to propel them back up to 3rd top at big festivals such as R+L and potential headliners at smaller festivals. Off the top of my head though, this would make an ace headline setlist 01 Kobrakai 02 The Fake Sound of Progress 03 To Hell We Ride 04 It's Not The End of the World, But I Can See It From Here 05 Bring 'Em Down 06 Can't Catch Tommorow 07 A Town Called Hypocrisy 08 For He's a Jolly Good Felon 09 Where We Belong 10 We Still Kill The Old Way 11 Wake Up (Make a Move) 12 We Bring an Arsenal 13 Jesus Walks 14 Rooftops 15 A Song For Where I'm From 16 Last Summer 17 Better Off Dead 18 Last Train Home ------- 19 Everyday Combat 20 We Are Godzilla, You Are Japan 21 Shinobi vs Dragon Ninja

iPaulo xD
I dont recall Lostprophets headlining leeds/reading, therefore no they haven't had their chance
Vieuphoria
They've had their chance to make it to the top. They were so close. But didn't make it. Not saying they could never regain their popularity (though it's very unlikely). They've had their chance, and there would be no point booking them higher when so many bands have surpassed them. I bet in the next 6-7 years LP will be headlining the FR tent, a la Ash.

Lewis Cato
Not sure I said anything about Weapons being their worst charting album. The only thing I've really said about them (apart from they annoy me) is that I suspect their main problem is they are a teen band and teens grow up. Gingo
This pretty much. Liberation Transmission and post that was their chance to really make it big. However The Betrayed never quite lived up to it. I would have loved to have seen them in the Liberation era, but saw them in February 2010 and was massively disappointed. I've even noticed the reviews of their R&L sets slipping which I never thought I'd see. I think like many bands, one massive record put them back to their previous heights, but I think as Vie said, they'd do well to keep their mid line-up position and not slip further. I think, similar to what Jump said, it's telling Weapons is their worst charting record since their debut.

Gingo
Was quite disappointed with them last night, Ian looked absolutely pished and could hardly stand and didn't say a word to the crowd, there are rumours that he is struggling with a rib injury that is affecting his breathing and was on painkillers but he was definitely not up to scratch, rest of the band were superb
