Recommendations for Foo Fighters?

The colour and the shape is widely regarded as thier top album. Foo fighters is a great first album but significantly different from something like echos silence patience grace.

Check out I should have known, it's a quality song especially when the second base guitar comes in.

The albums in order from my point of view go:

The colour and the shape

Wasting light

Foo fighters

There's nothing left to lose

One by one - only because of the strength of the singles

Echoes silence patience grace

In your honour

I like foo fighters heavier stuff, others may see some of my bottom albums above those at the top.

In your honour and echoes silence patience grace have too much of a country feel, whereas wasting light brought them back as a force in music.

Even the stuff where I think they were going through the motion is decent, probably better than a lot out thier. I guess if I was a newbie I'd listen from the worse to the best and you will get a full appreciation of those albums without them having to live up to the best.
