I like the fancy dress idea if it is done properly at festivals (Bestival for example)

This just seems like a slightly desperate attempt to drum up interest for the festival without costing the festival a penny.

At this late stage I doubt people will take up the idea.

I'll be happy in my general festival attire on Saturday anyways!
