Who Would Have Made the Line Up Better ?

This line up is good, but not great. I was wondering who you guys think would make it better.

Personally, I would have stuck Kid Rock in YMA6 slot, Shikari out for the Darkness (and swapped them with Vaccines), and swap Flo for Jack White.

Take crystal castles and enter shakiri and give them the year off. Also drop BBC, YMA6, All time low aswell. Replace them on the bill with Franz Ferdinand, Placebo, The D, Gogol Bordello and push The Hives to main and have Super Fury Animals replace them in the tent.

EDIT: Put Crystal Castles in R1/NME. I know they subbed it last year, but they just work better in a tent at night than a large outdoor stage in the middle of the day.

YMA6 Kid Rock and the Darkness making it BETTER!

I'd replace most of Friday (Cure and Crystal Castles aside) with, well, more sets of The Cure. That day really is poor.

Saturday and Sunday are reasonable, at least when I look at the lower NME stage filling them out (And Lanegan!) and the prospect of FR stage still to be announced.

Main thing that bothers me is how uninspiring the 3rd-6th mainstage bookings are, on every day. That's where there should be space for the likes of Public Enemy, De La Soul, Garbage, Placebo (they're only 3rd size now). OFWGKTA is reasonable, but that's one out of 12 mid-mainstage slots that are even vaguely imaginative.

can't believe I didn't notice the confirmation of Lanegan before now. A nudge towards buying a ticket I think

I'd love to see the Afghan Whigs. I couldn't make the ATP show and feel gutted.

twas good but let down by poor sound. The electricity seemed to get lost somehow. Would love to see them again at a better venue. My first ATP show and very impressed apart from the sound quality for the Whigs.
