There's some info on shuttle buses on the official site (the site is a pretty good source of information).

Shuttle Bus Services

There will be frequent shuttle buses running from Leeds City Railway Station and Leeds Coach Station to Bramham Park. There is also a service from York Station on the Wednesday and Thursday and back to York Station on Monday.

The shuttle bus stops will be signposted from the Railway Stations and Coach Station.

Geldards are operating the shuttle bus service. Go to www.leedsfestbuses.co.ukor tel 0113 263 9491

There is plenty of capacity on the buses for all of your stuff and you will not have to walk far to the campsites onsite from the bus station nor will you have to walk far from the Railway Station / Coach Station to the bus stop.

Using public transport and the shuttle bus is by far the best way to arrive at Leeds Festival. The shuttle buses get you nearer to a festival entrance than any other means of arriving onsite, they run regularly, the operation should be smooth and hassle free and there will be enough shuttle buses to meet the demand.

The shuttle buses will drop you off very close to the railway station or bus station and you will not have to queue as long to get on a shuttle bus as you would in a car to get to or leave the car park. Plus you can make friends on the way, enjoy a drink and feel good about your reduced impact on the environment and the fact that a part of your fare is being donated to charity!

The prices are the same as last year and some are even cheaper to encourage you to use this fantastic service. The journey time from Leeds or York to Bramham Park is around 45 minutes.

- £4.50 day single from Leeds Railway / Coach Station to Bramham Park

- £7 cheap day return from Leeds Railway / Coach Station to / from Bramham Park available Friday to Sunday only

- £8.50 open return from Leeds Railway / Coach Station or York to / from Bramham Park (£7 if booked in advance before 10th August)

- £18 multi-journey wristband - as many journeys as you like to any of the destinations from Wednesday to Monday.

- £4 day return to Tescos (only available for sale onsite at Yellow Gate)

You can buy tickets on the bus or at the bus station onsite at Yellow Gate or you can book on 0113 263 9491 (office hours) or at the Leeds Visitor Centre.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICES SUMMARY

Service X28 will start and finish at Leeds City Bus Station calling at Sovereign Street for Leeds Rail Station. Returning journeys will call at Sovereign Street first then the Bus Station.

Service X29 will run between the Bramham and Tescos at Seacroft.

Service X30 will run between York and the festival site.

SERVICE TO AND FROM TESCOS

As well as the services to and from Leeds and York, the shuttle bus service will also run to and from the Tesco Extra supermarket at Seacroft so that you can go and stock up on essentials although there is also a village shop onsite selling everything you might need. Consider using the shuttle bus to get to and from Tescos if you need to go there as it is likely to be much quicker and easier than leaving the site with your car and coming back in again, especially all day Thursday.
