10 more games (ish). Vidic missed pretty much most of last season and Rio was injured for the early part of the season when Vidic was fit.

Suarez obviously deserves more than 3, but I don't think 8+ would be reasonable, as it suggests that biting is worse than intentional racist abuse (which is what the FA punished Suarez for, not what I'm convinced happened).

Regardless, the FA are complete failures when it comes to retrospective punishment. They hide behind their own loopholes except on the odd occasion it suits them not to. And they've made no attempt at introducing retrospective diving punishment.

Drugs

Kicking people twice.

Shoving a ref.

Biting another player

Punching another player.

Racially abusing another player.

Elbowing another player.

Deliberately setting out to injure another player.

Kicking a ball boy.

Swearing on camera.

Reckless tackles.

Something seems wrong here.

Suarez previous has defo made a difference here though. He hasn't helped himself. I'm sure it'll be reduced to 7 or 8 on appeal which is what we thought he would get anyway.
