Wondering if anyone on here's gotten through on phone before - is it limited by how many people they have picking up the phone, or is there an automated system? I've never tried phone before but am considering trying, but if it's voice recognition I'm not sure my accent would fare too well - I have fears of getting straight through on the phone and then it not understanding me!

Don't worry, it's a person on the other end.

I've tried the phone every year since 2005. I only got through last year, right near the end of the sales.

I'm guessing that internet booking is far more successfull.

I assume that you're from the US (the use of "gotten" gave it away) so even if the system is automated this year I'd assume your chances of being mis-'heard' are slim, being that the general accent is well understood. For your sake I just hope you're not born and bred Cajun otherwise you'll be attempting the "parachute entry" method come June 2013.

Gollocks. I've just discovered my registration number from 2011 doesn't work. I've used it every year since 2008, what's with Glastonbury not recycling any more, how can a registration number go off! One more ticket for everyone else. Grr!
