I am now obsessed with getting all the windows open on the laptop with ticket link page, official glastonbury twitter feed, glasto and efests hashtags on twitter and a word document with all the ticket details for our group. Can you think of anything else I might need open?!

I've started looking at how seetickets links are set up for other events - for festivals it seems to be of the form:

http://www.seetickets.com/Event/PRIMAVERA-SOUND-2013-PRIMAVERA-CLUB-2012/Parc-Del-Forum/655059'>http://www.seetickets.com/Event/PRIMAVERA-SOUND-2013-PRIMAVERA-CLUB-2012/Parc-Del-Forum/655059

http://www.seetickets.com/Event/ and /655059 seem to be the important parts. I tried replacing PRIMAVERA-SOUND-2013-PRIMAVERA-CLUB-2012/Parc-Del-Forum with GLASTONBURY-FESTIVAL-2013/Shepton-Mallet and the page loaded - I briefly got really excited, but it was still the Primavera page, so the bit in the middle doesn't seem to matter. I then tried http://www.seetickets.com/Event/a/a/655059 and the page loads the same.

Randomly changing the number 655059 pops up different events - but there's too many combinations to guess before the morning. We could split 100 numbers each and all report back, but assuming the glastonbury number returns an error right now then there's probably tons of blank pages we'd find between us...

Or it could be http://www2.seetickets.com/g2013/index.asp, or even glastonbury.seetickets.com as advertised...

Hoping for a smoother ride this year. Failed on every ticket sale in 2011, must have refreshed constantly for almost an entire day over the course of those ticket days. Eventually won a pair of tickets a few weeks before the festival. I think I'd rather pay the £200 now and feel secure that I'm going, rather than have no idea and get them for free.

BELIEVE! :)

Great thanks i can put my system into place now, it dont work if i dont know the true link. It has worked for the past 5 Glastonburys inc 2010 where i had tickets purchased by 8.55am much to the amazement of my mates who didn't even manage to load the link page.
