If you get the page asking for reg numbers, when you click Proceed it will probably fail. Press Back and submit again. I kept that page there and clicked Proceed for ten minutes and eventually it worked.

Just got through on my iphone with a "o" connection and then lost the page when it automatically reverted to the 'bad gateway' page. grrr

Once I had the details in and pressed send it did time out a couple of times. If it does just go back a page and try again. If you are there you shoudl crack it after a few attemps. My tip, if you can plug directly into your router with an Ethernet as it will make your connection quicker.

i entered reg details clicked proceed now it comes up 'problem loading page' and when i click refresh i have to click a 'submit details you entered' button (firefox)
