Make it an 18+ event, maybe? Would change the demographic a bit, change the sort of bands they'd book, change the atmosphere... would be unfair to the younger people who actually go for the music, though.

I like the idea about re-opening the VIP entrance on Richfield Avenue to general access again, would save anyone coming in from the town side having to trudge through all the campsites. You can get out of there at night so it can't be that hard to let you in, the only issue I can think of is the traffic on Cow Lane entering the green campsite used to be a massive gridlock so maybe that's what they wanted to stop.

Better range of alcohol would instantly upgrade things but I guess without the money for exclusivity from Gaymers/Tuborg it may end up in an even bigger ticket price increase to cover that loss.
