Now considering getting a ticket as that slam tent line up is fantastic... Along with a few others on the line up this shapes up to be a very good weekend, will maybe try and grab a cheap last minute ticket off of someone.

Got a couple of emails today from T about a T in the Park roadshow events with smaller bands playing universities.

Seems like they are really having to get their fingers out in terms of promoting the event now to try and shift tickets. I never remember this happening before this close to the festival.

Maybe if they had booked bands people want to see they wouldn't have this problem. They have alienated a core part of their customer base TWO YEARS IN A ROW and lots of regulars like myself won't be going. That isn't smart business sense.

Beady Eye are playing July 12th according to their recent europe dates tour update on facebook so one of them has it wrong haha. Their official website says it too - New Order Tut's slot like last year?

Wouldnt say Airborne Toxic event are that big, in the grand scheme of things they are mid NME/King Tuts at most.

It's possible beady eye may have changed days, if not I'd assume their playing Saturday either sub NME or tuts header.

From the earlier prediction I'd love to see the gaslight anthem added also seether, shinedown, weezer and seasick Steve would be great additions, all unlikely nevertheless.

I notice Vigo thrives and the LaFontaines are playing on this TITP tour so I'd assume they'll be announced soon.
