Your opinion is bollocks, in my opinion....

To say QOTSA are a three song band is quite frankly laughable....

QOTSA on the bill would make a massive improvement to disagree with that is mental, Dave Grohl rates them as a top live band, you don't....it's a no brainer for me.

Show me the loads.......

The only person saying that is you, unless Marky is correct and you are counting everyone in your house.....

I have not read one other person saying QOTSA would not make it a stronger festival....

If Mumford and sons and rhianna can headline the main stage then QOTSA could headline any of the remaining stages....

If QOTSA were announced to headline NME or Tuts on the Saturday I would buy a weekend ticket within a couple of hours of said announcement.

They really are that good and would make a maybe for me into a definite.

Headlined Tuts in 2007 and it is one of my favourite sets in the 15 years I've been at TITP.

I also saw them in Munich in 2008 supported by Biffy Clyro.

They are a truely massive band who have to be witnessed live before you can really understand what they are all about.

If you think I'm the only person to say QOTSA are hit and miss on here, you probably should stop now, go to sleep and forget you made that comment.

I've not said they wouldn't make it a stronger festival, but for me it wouldn't do anything, there is a difference there. I can appreciate it but why the hell would I say hey yeah it's great if I don't like or would attempt to see? Makes no sense at all. I'm paying for what I like, not what I don't like at the end of the day.

Your Rihanna and Mumford points are stupid. Mumford have sold tickets for a arena tour quite comfortable and I mean to the point the booking page was almost impossible to enter and Rihanna sold stadium tickets at 55k at a guess + and it wasn't just like two dates. Like her not, it doesn't get a lot bigger. See where I've done that QOTSA appreciate thing?, well this a not like but appreciate the draw. Day tickets on her own without any known supporting acts - work it out!

Okay...show me, as all I see is positive comments regards QOTSA...

It makes no sense at all, just like your posts, still not going down the proof read route I see, it is a bold move considering "loads" on here comment on your gibberish...

Make up your mind, you said to marky earlier selling out stadiums wasn't important, I think that is what you were saying anyway...yet it becomes important to suit your current argument, the more time you spend posting in here you deprive a village of its idiot.....

I can't be bothered with your drivel anymore I'm not getting into a battle of wits with you, as I couldn't hit an unarmed man...

Peace out

I agree with this, for me if they were to sign up it could only be sub on main stage or headlining NME..... Not seen them live for ages although I did see them crooked vultures at the corn exchange Edinburgh, a stunning live set. (I felt the fact josh homme and alaine johannes played it was worth the mention)

TCV sucked baws when I saw them. If I was at this T and QOTSA were announced they would be top of my must see list. As it happens at this Download they are clashing with Enter Shikari and I suspect I shall be going to see the cross genre rockers instead, I really rate them live. Highlight of last years T for me. In summary QOTSA are good but not that great but realistically couldn't be any lower than NME headliner.

Watched John Paul Jones couple weeks back with Seasick Steve at Camden Roundhouse, what a surprise. Not just bass, mandolin, keyboard, slide guitar. Fandabidozee...

I was also at that gig. Seeing the legend that is John Paul Jones perform was very special.

No it's not, it's that is wouldn't suddenly make the festival brilliant as I don't think it would. A can still appreciate a band and what they are to some people without thinking they do anything for me.

I don't think them getting booked would change the whole outlook of the festival and if people think they would then it's a bit silly really. They aren't that rare, there has been plenty of chances to see them. If Daft Punk or something like that played then for the festival it's a major thing but people are talking about this act as a possible add for Saturday right? A day that has sold out it's day allocation with ease, and I mean wise ease based on the headliner chosen that day.

No one is expecting if they were to be added, it to be Friday or Sunday or not from what I'm getting.
