red hot chili peppers still playing a few festivals this year would be fantastic.but im not bothered if both headliners are pop acts if they have 2 good guitar bands headlining 4 music stage like paramore and sterophonics or florence and the machine

I cant see there being 2 'pop' headliners no, 1 yeah as rhianna is doing titp. Problem is who? There not going to get the more heavy guitar bands like soad, tallica etc etc.

If V got Green Day and Beyonce, Id be seriously impressed, would be something rather than the same recycled acts. Beyonce is great at what she does and I watched her Glasto set on TV, it was very good.

GreenDay are w*nk these days, but they haven't played in lke 15 years, and would be a big draw.

Could see Paramore booked as sub to Green Day too.

V Fest wouldn't give Green Day the time they'd want.

I couldn't imagine KoL going down the lineup, although that is a complete assumption.

Stereophonics are the definition of a subbing band at V festival, not big enough to draw a huge crowd, but have a back catalog of hits that everyone knows and will sing along to.

They could do both, I remember a few acts have played early on in the day at V and then headlined elsewhere the same day. Defo Lightning Seeds did it in, I believe, 2009?
