Primavera put out it's line-up last night, which is generally the first indication of who is going to be on the European festival circuit throughout the summer. Obviously it is at the other end of the summer but there are some on there that could still be around Europe and would fit at EOTR:

So it's not going to be the Flaming Lips as they're a UK festival exclusive to Bestival, but as it's a week later it seems the Polyphonic Spree, the Walkmen, The Knife and Matthew E White are going to be over here around EOTR time...

I REALLY want it to be Nick Cave, but I get the feeling he's going to be a bit of a festival whore this summer. I'll be stunned if EOTR have got him on an exclusive. Positively ecstatically stunned, but stunned nonetheless.

Agreed, the exclusive thing probably makes it less likely to be him. Still, he's still in play, as are Eels and PJH.
