I'll debunk it for you, without even referencing what's on it:   It's definitely fake. I can say this, because it's January 11th. The festival won't even have the earliest of drafts yet let alone something relatively complete with artwork.   "Real" posters don't exist in a presentable form until fairly shortly before they're revealed, precisely to prevent leaks.   Last year was the first time we ever did have a "real" leak - and that only happened about 12 hours before the real one came out, and even then you could argue how presentable it was - the background was an odd colour, things were blurred, etc again deliberately "off" to prevent leaks.   We can very safely assume that any poster is fake, up until approximately the last week of February.

A little better

As others have said, it's from Discord, not a fake but a mock up someone does of their predictions. They often seem to make their way out to the wide world as fakes, this isn't even his latest one.   That Russ fella seems to be clueless though, when Neil Young was announced, he said he might be the Legend, despite the announcement saying he was headlining and Rod already being announced as the Legend. 

err...ok....how about...despite restrictions there are still too many cars on the roads. I see it where I live, roads full of them...and they seem to be getting bigger.
