I guess the idea is that growth is bad for the environment. But, that is where net zero strategies come in, supposedly can benefit economically whilst transitioning to carbon neutral economies. Maybe pie in the sky, but that is what they're trying to do...because if people see net zero policies are making their lives worse they'll just vote for someone who is going to ditch them...like we're already seeing. Obviously CCP don't need to worry about this, but they do see economic benefits of zero carbon tech as well as how climate change could affect them negatively and are moving fast, and burning a lot of coal whilst they're at it. We'll be buying a lot of Chinese green tech in the future. -

They fell out though, that's why. Freddie's mum said it felt like he was in the room when she saw them play Hyde Park. Adam Lambert is just too Canal Street Karaoke. Actively puts me off songs I hear him sing, though he does have a powerful voice and persona. Sounds perfect for Queen? Yep, but good on paper doesn't equal good in real life. Huge Queen fan, dunno if I'd see a Lambert fronted version at Glastonbury. -
Pinkpop name drops are consistently the perfect remedy against complaints for the RW lineup :). Especially the last couple of years that RW is not what it used to be, the moment that I feel like RW’s lineup is not great (for my taste) Pinkpop comes to remind me that there is much much worse out there 😅! Unfortunately I don’t see NIN at RW anymore due to Graspop and Roskilde. With Graspop they share names sometimes but it’s very rare and usually when something have gone wrong, like a cancellation (FNM 4 years ago for example). Saturday still needs a strong co-head next to SF. I had hopes for NIN lately but I’m afraid it will just be OATW.
