The highest exam mark I ever achieved was 98% in the General Paper, which was something you took alongside 'A' Levels.  I had to write an essay about an overlooked human right and wrote a passionate attack on the 1967 Marine Offences Act which outlawed pirate radio stations.  One of the stations was Radio City, known as the Tower of Power, initially set up by Screaming Lord Sutch.
