The convoluted link is that Sir Bob had a daughter Peaches, who sadly died of a heroin overdose.  I saw this performance at Wychwood, which used to be my shakedown festival to start the season.  In fairness Bob was pretty good.  Off now for some fruit salad including peaches.

LC at Glastonbury was one of the most memorable sets I've ever seen.  Sadly, because of a contractual dispute it wasn't broadcast but I saw him later or tour and he was magnificent.

I didn't see LC at Glastonbury as wasn't there that year. But did see him in Manchester and he was superb

Off to mow the main lawn for the first time this year, it's been so wet until now.

We (well my wife) managed to mow the lawn last weekend before the weather got too bad

Done half the big lawn, head a break and quick game of boules with a mate and now to finish it off.  Then all I have to do is the orchard grass.  The worst job of all, on a steep slope and ducking under the apple trees. A treat for tomorrow.
