Like so many who served their time doing the folk clubs, he's superb in both intimate venues as well as taking the big stage with a full band.

He now earns a living living in America advising the rich on how to best stock their wine cellars. Nice work if you can get it.

This is Joe Brown performing at the Concert For George, He and George were close friends and he did this song to close the show at the request of Olivia.

Joe introduced George to the Ukelele.

As you say Whisty, Bowie was something else. This is an example of his class with Tina Turner. One of my favourite duets. Not sure about the sex player's crotch but Bowie is completely unphased by a member of the audience getting on the stage.
