After 50 years, on an off going to Pilton, the set that helped me decide not to try for Glastonbury tickets for next year.  It was so rammed that I couldn't even get this close.  Going to settle for smaller, less crowded festivals for a while.

I was quite lucky and had a good and not too crowded spot for Macca.

Shame you won't be there next year. I'll be volunteering once again.  We normally do WOMAD as a family which is a great festival but it clashes with our holidays for next year.

SOMEWHERE

 

PJ Proby.  Great voice, worked for a while doing demos for Elvis Presley.  Then split his trousers on stage and got banned from every theatre in the UK thanks to Mary Whitehouse. The only festivals I've got planned at present are Wychwood at Cheltenham Racecourse (I'm on their ticket for life scheme) and Green Man.  May find another couple for the summer.
