Seriously, f*ck QOTSA. They've released nothing of note in 10 years, have had more revolving band members than Guns & Roses & they're absolutely mind numbingly dull live, as boring as it gets.

On a positive note, there's a rumour flying round that KISS are headlining 2nd on the Friday. Do want!

qotsa are one of those bands who either are epic, or shit. sure their albums haven't been great but if they're in the mood they can be a hard live act to beat

I can only go from personal experience. I've seen QOTSA twice & they were terrible both times. I saw Homme with TCV at Download too & they were equally as dull.

saw qotsa at reading 2010 and they were great then. also saw their glasto footage from the other year and looked just as solid.

each to their own though. however inclined to agree about TCV (saw them at brixton) and it didn't set the world on fire...

I love queens. They've been great all 4 times I've seen them. For a long period of my life they were my favourite band. TVC in Edinburgh (corn exchange, tiny venue considering the band) was mind blowing. One of the best gigs I've ever been to!!!

thing with TCV was, grohl was destroying that drum kit that it took the focus to an extent in my opinion anyway so couldn't really focus on the performance fully
