I know NME are pretty unreliable but in theory as they're covering a court case all the detail in that article should have come directly from the trial.

I've only done 10 hours training or so on this but I'm pretty sure they're not allowed to publish info they've obtained from outside the case (or they've got to make it clear if they do, something like that)
