Can't you see that I'm burning, burning?

Any medical people around? I've basically been bed ridden for two days now with a ridiculous temperature, and not much else. Well, my knees are wobbly when I walk, and I'm a bit sensitive to the light. I've got no appetite and just take painkillers and water.

Any ideas? And any suggestions of what to do?
