Quick few questions:

How much would it be for a mini bus from Leeds train st to the festival? What's it like for sniffer dogs at the station on the Wednesday?

Don't know about a mini bus but I've certainly never seen any sniffer dogs at the station.

Don't bother with minibus, you'll be massively ripped off. If you look on Leeds information, it's got details of a regular shuttle bus from the station to the site.

The shuttle bus is full of sniffer dogs though.

There's a bus takes you there am bak to the site

Pretty quick with queues and takes you straight to the gates

Very efficient

Get you tickets from te tourist info place in te station and then follow crowds with camping gear to the bus ...

No sniffer dogs or anything like that. However the shuttle bus always has a massive queue on wednesday (it took around an hour the first time I went and that was around 12pm). We just get a taxi straight from the station now and it's around £20 which is well worth it instead of waiting around

I got a taxi from the station last year and it was pretty cheap. And really quick.

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it is to get to the festival via train.

£8 return on the shuttle bus, £20 in a taxi. Depends how quickly you want to get there or if you don't mind queing up for a while if you're going on the Wednesday.

I'm assuming by the fact he said mini bus there will be a few of you. £20 split between 5 would be £4 each and £8 return. Probably better to get the mini bus.

Yeah there's going to be quite a few of us, was thinking about getting 5 in a taxi but I doubt there'd be enough space for 5 big bags and 5 tents

I've never founfd the queues for the bus to be that bad on the Wednesday. They are quite big but there's normally plenty of busses so the queue moves quite quick. If you have a couple of beers while waiting the time just flys in.
