Whats the best place to camp away from picaddily party?

Ive not been since 2009 and ive already purchased tickets for 2013, I cant remember where I camped last time but wasnt to much in ear shot of picadilly circus.

Now myself and the people im going with are getting on a bit we need a few hours kip a night, Whats the best campsite to be in that wont keep us oldies up all night?

Im sure we will be checking out picadilly but not all night.

we camped in the centre of orange last year.

was close enough to everything but wasnt too loud from picadilly

I'm also looking for the same kind of thing after spending every year that I have been so far in the Orange funfair. First time back for a couple of years and think Green will be the area of choice.

Does anyone know how quickly it fills up? Will be arriving around lunchtime on the Thursday

I arrived late afternoon on the Thursday and got a spot OK in Green, should be fine.

We arrived late morning and camped up in Green , there was plenty of space available - possibly not for 20 man tents and a scouts gamboree size gazeebo !
