Torn between reading and v!

Please help, i have never been to a festival before and i don't know whether to go to reading or v??

So excited for my first festival, and taking a vw camper too.

The line up for v looks immense to me, far better than reading at the moment as i'm a massive stereophonics and KOL fan.

BUT.... EMINEM is at reading And do you think that they will announce loads more act because they had tonnes more at reading last year.

No abuse please just advice would be much appreciated

im going to both ... day trip to V for my birthday and weekend for leeds

never been to V before but by the sounds of it L&R is the better experience..if that helps??

I went v two years ago when i was 15 for eminem and monkeys. It was the best weekend I've had and enjoyed it alot as it had a top line up. I went back last year had a lot of fun but the line up from last year and this year have completely put me off which is why im going Leeds.

Deftones, Biffy Clyro and SOAD at one fest is pretty amazing, and with a V fest line-up as ugly as that i'd do Reading.

Both are good 'starter festivals' to get you getting the feel. But ultimately they're both just gigs in a field so pick whichever bands you'll like the most.

Can't see myself going to either again, although im 20 now so I feel too old for either.
