And he is announced for Reading and Leeds so the chances are very small we would have him :-/

Its weird, alot of people have been sayin on the R&L forum that half the acts would be better at V, yet because of whatever agreement the two fests have, most acts wont appear at both :-/

Everything Everything are Okay, maybe at the limit of what I like but if nothing ekse was in I would go see them for abit. Any other shouts who you think might be there. Maybe there will be an announcement soon

Oh right I hadnt seen that I think he was at V 2011 and 2012 so three years running mightve not appealed to the V organisers i suppose, yeah its an unfortunate agreement, especially as I would prefer the reading line up but its a trek as i live near chelmsford!

Yeah thats fair enough, noone can be to everyones taste! I have a feeling the wombats could be announced, they've gone a bit under the radar but i think are working on a new album and are playing a few european festivals.. I bloody hope there is!

Olly Murs has played alot recently though yeah, so I guess V organisers dont care who plays back to back years :-P I think V must have some fairly good people lined up still, I Cant see them letting down everyone that doesnt want to see Beyonce or Kings or Leon. I think there will be another Arena Headliner announced, guessing that Beady Eye will headline 4Music stage like someone mentioned I think.

As ive said before, I would love Dizzee or Tinie to be announced but I know they are big. I dont like Beady Eye so if they do headline I will definatly be seeing someone else.

Ive heard of The Wombats but not too much. I think V will announce alot of names all at once, some for everyones tastes. Its likely we will get some of The Voice people but that will be alot later on nearer the fest days

V are either leaving it late to announce people because they want to announce alot of people all at once, or they are struggling to actually get people. Are Disclosure at Reading? If they played friday I could see them being in the Arena

I havent had a proper check, but i don't think don broco have been announced for reading? They are getting a lot of airplay on the radio and are kind of the more commercial side of rock so could be at V?
