Pretty sure years ago they used to release one headliner on the Jo Whiley show when tthey did the entertainmenet news around 12pm. I definitely remember The Foos getting announced on it, could've been in 2005.

Couldn't see this anywhere else, but See Tickets have allowed me to purchase 2 Reading Tickets in the new deposit scheme (with the updated 2013 prices). Wanted to buy without hearin third headliner, but couldn't afford full ticket hence waiting for the deposut scheme to come back!
