why doesn't the efestivals man dance anymore?

when this design of website was done (around 5 years ago now) the man became static, because that was the design.

I'm currently in the middle of building a new website, and the plan is for users to be able to choose whether the man the dances or not via a setting .... but as I haven't got that far yet, it might not happen. But it probably will.
