Think the announcement as the Charlatans as headliner surprised a few people (myself included, I thought they would sub-headline) but listening to a compilation of their stuff on the way to work today think if they do a greatest hits set, but in a way that the songs are actually recognizable (the last few times I've seen them live they've tried to 'reinvent' their songs which is really annoying), it could be a indie-tastic end to the Saturday night.

They re worked 5 songs for an EP, so 5 new versions of songs from all of them is not reinventing them. some of them are better versions too.

Doesn't bother me

I've been informed that I cannot sing and at most I'm allowed to tap 2 fingers in to my hand along with the music, as long as it is in tune !

I'm not that fussed by the Charlatans tbh, last couple of times I've seen them I've been disappointed. I'm still holding out for a decent Calling Out headliner like tribes last year.

This is the headliner I'm a bit meh about. Not a huge fan but have seen them a couple of times and they're pretty good live. I could be easily swayed to another stage if there's owt decent on (like Dreadzone last year who were stupendously good)

They are confirmed for Wychwood and Glasto as well this summer (We're at both) and saw them at Hebden Bridge a few months ago!
