That Fred burnout line is interesting. Is that new info? I had 'he's a no go' a few weeks back, which I just (probably wrongly) presumed could be due to him finally playing some big UK gigs, but the burnout thing probably stacks up.   If we're talking someone 'stepping in', if he was indeed a planned headliner, I imagine that is the 1975.

Yeah that Architects set at Download in 2023 was incredibly dull. The setlist was crap and the performance was just plodding...they've just become so stagnant. Blown out by Pendulum beforehand too

That's the way to do it. I try to aim for around the £200 mark for a full weekend to compensate the extra costs involved that I don't have. Not really for me either. I think we are looking at Fontaines DC, OATW, Jack White and I'm going to go Paramore for the subs as a wild card due to hearing of them being at Glastonbury and it's that close to Werchter that I'm don't think they won't have tried to get them.
