You do realise that most of the people voting QOTSA up aren't actually going to Download though, so won't be watching them. It also seems that most of the people voting them up are the people who've never seen them but think they 'looked cool on tv', whereas most of the people voting them down are the ones that have actually seen them live....

Got to save the points up for the cold winter months

My main point was that by the time the last subtracting phase was finished, 7 of the 9 main stage headliners/sub-headliners had gone as well as all of the 2nd stage headliners (including Maiden who I'm assuming you wouldn't consider 'a stupid winner' [me neither ] ) and people were commenting 'Farce! I'm out!' etc.

'm imagining a similar thing will happen in the next subtract phase which will probably mean someone like Sacred Mother Tongue will win which would be pretty stupid considering they're playing for 30mins at a time where only about 10% of festival attendees will have even bothered making the long walk to the arena.
