I will never trust another piece of advice from these foums thanks to how appalingly atrocious these c**ts were last year. Had a big crowd though, surprised they haven't been announced for this year.

I would hartily recommend Swim Deep, FIDLAR, Deap Vally and ASIWYFA from stuff that's kicking around in the tents.

On the flipside I've finally realised who Imagine Dragons are after hearing their single played on XFM for the last six months. Jesus fucking wept, I thought they were supposed to be an indie rock band, what a load of absolute horse shit. c**ts.

if you dont mind pop punk, check out new found glorys stick and stones, it really is a phenomenal album and they are playing it in full. I'm guessing you've tried Deftones, which I can understand if you dont like.....

Other then that, bands that have caused some happiness on here are Fidlar, Frightened Rabbit, and Bastille on NME

Just an update, NFG are a lot like other bands i loved in the early 2000's like Sum41 and Blink182 so i'll most likely watch them, Bastille are a great more relaxed listen and seem to fit the gap between Frank Turner and SOAD perfectly. Fidlar i found pretty meh so i think i'll side with NFG as it looks like they may clash.

Cheers for the help.

All that critical acclaim?

All the wonderful things said about them?

All the reports that In the Aeroplane Over the Sea is one of, if not the, best albums ever?

Justified.

They're one of these bands that practically define pretentious indie kid namedropping, but goddamn they justify it.

Bury My Bones is a great song! A bit retrogressive but good fun guitar rock with solos.

Pure Love are certainly less embarrassing than a lot of shite these days. Jake Bugg? "Roll up a fat one and hide from the feds"? Nice one, you Liam Gallagher wannabe.
