hi guys

Im literally up shit creak with no paddle at the moment. I booked a hotel on the travel lodge website and I had an email this past thursday saying the hotel I had booked (Derby Kingsway Retail Park) was closing effective 21st May 2013. Despite emailing twice and doing the online chat help thingy Ive had no luck with getting any answers from them. Its really close to the festival now and I dont want to go shelling out a load of money for another hotel, as I have been unable to gain any sort of idea from travelodge whether they are changing my hotel/offering me a refund. HELP!

It's cheap as chips, and there's a KFC next door. What more could a man want?
