Walked up the Tor today and took a look at the festival site. Looks odd with all the stages and stuff up but no tents. Now, I must start to think about packing!

Got money out of the bank for the purchase of 'essential' things that I will need. I've taken out my limit for today, so will have to go back again at some point to get my spending money.

Final shopping. Tesco lidl and b&m bargains

Boxed cider x 4, brains Sa, boxed wine, food for snacking, ingredients for veggie curry I'm making Tuesday night (chillis, butternut squash, potatoes, chickpeas, spinach) got the spices already. just wrote the checklist out. Now the best bit. Choosing the t shirts and getting the kit in place

Purchased baby wipes, tissues, sun cream, comfy insoles for the wellies, rennie, nurofen, Imodium, deodorant, and antibacterial hand gel!

Investigated extra tent Pegs and gaitors in Go Outdoors, didn't buy any.

Hovered Bulgarian sand out of old but comfy trainers,

Checked netweather forum religiously every hour.

Decanted werthers vodka into plastic bottle, loaded sack trolley, tent, sleeping bags, air mattresses, pillows etc into car, searched in vain for missing tent pegs with lights on, scounged gas hob and camping saucepan off my Da. Filled up with diesel. Tomorrow is packing everything else for the ferry Monday morning.

Took my tent, chairs, sleeping bag etc out of the loft. It's feeling real now.

Drove to Southampton to have a weekend with friends - lot closer to Glastonbury than Edinburgh. Checked our tickets at least 5 times.

Busy day today. Packing half done (rest of clothes in a neat pile ready to go). Alcohol shop done. Bits a pieces bought. Food bought. Relaxing day tomorrow and then finish off on Monday before relaxing again on Tuesday

Tested my water reproof skills on jacket during light shower - not necessary nfr nfc, but needed peace of mind.
