I have done absolutely nothing yet to get ready for Glastonbury.

I did wander into Poundland a couple of days ago to see if they had any glowsticks but no joy. I hope the ones I bought (& brought) in '11` and didn't use will still activate.

I'm really just posting to moan about the fact that this thread keeps giving me an M People ear worm and subsequently visions of Miranda Hart.

Asda have glowsticks. Big ones in the camping section & glow bracelets & rings in the party section

Bought chairs, waterproofing stuff for tents

Bought plastic plates, glasses and cutlery. Took delivery of camping kettle and husbands new walking boots

Not done today but recently bought a new waterproof, walking boots, six wine boxes (some will go to download with me) and a rucksack for just carrying around stuff in the day.

Seeing as it's such gorgeous weather (a warm up for the real thing), I think it would be criminal not to get the tent up in the garden and make sure it's in perfect shape.

That's my plan for today!

Got the beer, 6 little cans of Heineken for £4 plus 200 bonus nectar points (which is basically £1, so 50p per tin), and some boxes of rosè wine.

Ordered myself some walking boots and took the little one out for a spin in his all terrain pushchair to see how it coped. Very impressed

Ordered 4 20ltr boxes of burrows hill cider thanks to a previous tread,in the camper van west field so all sorted,now need the vodka to come on offer again.

Trip to poundland to but random things to add to the growing glasto pile in the corner of my living room. Space blankets and wind up torch i'm particularly happy with.

I had my hair cut yesterday. I like how my hairdresser cuts my hair because it holds it's shape really well, but she always cuts it too short. Now it will be the right length by the last week in June!
